These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Silhouette metal wall art in Stainless Steel with matte black powder coating (In Store page this website) by Praneeth Franklin Creatives. By placing an order for Products with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order.

Orders

1.1. By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

1.2. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

2.1. All prices for the Products are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable fees.

2.2. Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of placing the order. we accept payment via Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer & UPI.

2.3. We reserves the right to change prices for Products at any time without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We will make reasonable efforts to ship the Products to you within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase (10-15 days). However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.

3.2. Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. All concerns can be communicated to us so any assistance can be provided.

Returns and Refunds

4.1. We offer 10 days return policy for Products purchased directly from our website or Instagram DM. To be eligible for a return, the Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

4.2. If you wish to return a Product, you must contact us within the return period to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the Product.

4.3. Upon receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days.

Warranty

5.1. We warrant that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for several decades if kept away from any significant moisture, direct sunlight or water, from the date of purchase.

5.2. If a Product is found to be defective on delivery, we will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a refund.

5.3. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
