Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation is not accepted once a product order is placed.

2. We offer 10 days return policy for Products purchased directly from our website or Instagram DM. To be eligible for a return, the Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

3. If you wish to return a Product, you must contact us within the return period to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the Product.

4. Upon receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
