Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation is not accepted once a product order is placed.

2.Only defective items are open to return, refund or replacement.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 days after receiving return item.

3. Upon receipt of the returned Product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
